He spread a towel to put his equipment on (both outside the sink and under it.) He was quiet and didn't talk my ear off. He recommended a product to help with future clogs and remained friendly and polite even after I declined to purchase it. His price was great! For a service call and a drain clog cleaning all within 24 hours of my initial request. He worked around my schedule and even waited when I was 10 minutes late to meet him! "Bruce called me the same morning I requested someone through servicemagic and said he had an opening between 9:00am-10:00am that day or he could see me the following day. I requested he come today and he arrived about 8:45am. His appearance was very clean and neat looking, fresh shaven and friendly. He put footies over his shoes before he entered the house. He found the problem I was having in my shower, fixed it and was gone before the latest time he was to arrive.
